Teleperformance

With more than 175,000 employees located in 62 countries worldwide, French-based Teleperformance, a Global Fortune 500 company, is a world leader in multichannel customer experience. We've worked with them for many years helping build brand awareness and company culture through various digital initiatives.

The Challenge

Despite being one of the world's largest companies, Teleperformance has a very high employee turnover rate because they primarily hire young, college-aged kids. They came to us looking to engage their audience of employees across all of their office locations with ways to raise employee morale and connection with the company, international advertising, and interactive design for partner companies.

Our Solution

Harlem Shake Contest

We were commissioned by Teleperformance to launch their first Video Contest Application for their global Facebook page. The Facebook contest would allow employees from over 60 countries to upload their own Harlem Shake style videos and be entered to win one of three grand prizes. The platform was built for 6 different languages and had the ability for users to upload their own videos through YouTube.

Targeted Advertising

We began working with Teleperformance on a project to build digital advertising and interactive landing pages that would be featured in national and worldwide publishing applications such as The Wall Street Journal US and International versions, Les Echos, and Financial Times. The landing pages were geared at creating brand awareness and targeted interactions with C-level executives.

Alliance One Website

As a subsidiary company of Teleperformance, Alliance One needed help updating their website. We worked with them to rebuild a modern web experience that allowed users to quickly and easily accomplish the goals they needed to tackle online.
